If you don't like what you ordered, you have 15 days after receiving the order to return it directly to the store:

Please include the order confirmation and order details in the email so we can identify the return and its sender.

If you wish to exchange your order for a different size, you must return the original order to the address indicated above (KOOKAI VALENCIA) and place a new order, which will be shipped to you at the same time. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your money.

Please keep a record of your tracking number in case our team needs it.

If an item you have purchased from us is faulty, please let us know by contacting us at atcliente@kookai.es. Please provide an image of the fault so we can assist you further.

Please allow up to 12 business days for your return to be processed from when we receive your parcel. You will receive an email notification once the return has been processed.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Visibility of your refund may vary depending on your payment method and provider and can take up to 5 business days to show.

Where the original payment method is no longer available, we may offer an exchange or an alternative payment method.
