To initiate your online return, please visit our Return Portal or visit one of our Spanish boutiques.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your products. The items you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging with their labels and in perfect condition for resale (unworn, unwashed, undamaged or soiled). 

We recommend using trackable postage for returns, as the items are your responsibility until they reach our boutique. Please include paperwork with your order number inside the parcel.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility (we recommend opting for a tracked or registered mail service) but these will be fully refunded if it is an error on our part or a manufacturing defect (in this case, please attach your DPD payment receipt).

Delivery charges will be refunded if the entire order is returned.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, we kindly ask that you return the item(s) first. Once your parcel has been received, a refund will be processed, and you can place a new order.
