To initiate your return, please head to our Returns Portal.

RETURNS

Items purchased via the KOOKAÏ E-boutique can be returned within 21 days of receipt provided they meet the following conditions:

• The item is unworn and unwashed
• Item shows no signs of wear, fragrance, make up, fake tan, damage or misuse
• The item is in its original condition with tags attached

Any items received that do not comply with our return conditions will be returned to sender.

Once your return has been submitted via our Returns Portal, a prepaid return label will be generated at a flat rate of €15. This amount will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed.

Your label will show a local carrier and a depot address in your country. This is normal: your parcel will be forwarded on to our warehouse.

If your item is faulty, return shipping is free of charge. Please select the faulty option in the Returns Portal and our team will review your return and be in touch.

Please keep a record of your tracking number in case our team needs it.

EXCHANGES

For any exchange, please return the item(s) via our Returns Portal first. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you can then place a new order.

To initiate your return, please head to our Returns Portal.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed from when we receive your parcel. You will receive an email notification once the return has been processed.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Visibility of your refund may vary depending on your payment method and provider and can take up to 5 business days to show.

Where the original payment method is no longer available, we may offer an exchange or an alternative payment method.

If an item you have purchased from us is faulty, please visit Initiate Your Return and follow the prompts so we can assist you further. We will discuss your options for repair, replacement, exchange or refund, subject to our Terms and Conditions.
